How do I return my order?

We are happy to offer a refund on all items excluding sale when returned within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Can I modify/cancel my order?

We start fulfilling your order as soon as we process it, so in most cases this won't be possible. However, please contact hello@infoimaanactive.co.uk as we may be able to help.

Otherwise, when the order is received you are able to return the unwanted items.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking link by email.

If you haven't received a tracking link after 48 hours please do get in touch on hello@infoimaanactive.co.uk

Can I exchange my item?

Of course! Please email hello@infoimaanactive.co.uk to start your exchange process.

Do I have to pay postage fees when I need to return an item?

Yes, we do not cover return fees unless the item is faulty. If this is the case please email us at hello@infoimaanactive.co.uk

Do I need to pay Customs/Local taxes?

Imaan Active is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
